A graduating college student called to the commencement stage at the
University of Maine at Presque Isle Maine his peers during their
graduation ceremony. Timothy Babine, a Physical education major
announced at the hall that he had something important to do, then left
the stage to propose to his girlfriend who was in the audience.
The girlfriend, also a student of the university,
Fine Arts major Hayley Hamilton burst into tears as Babine dropped to
one knee to pop the question. Hayley happily said yes! And their friends
cheered.
